YOU Can Help Support our Thrift Stores in 3 Ways 

 

 Recycle- Donate              By donating to one of our stores, you are keeping unwated items out of the landfill, saving the environment,  and providing us with the merchandise we need to operate our stores. Please bring your donations, during store hours, to any or our stores.  You may call or email your closest store to schedule a  pickup for items that will not fit in your vehicle. 

ReUse    - Purchase             The next time you need a piece of furniture, a bathroom fixture, dishes or knick knacks, clothes, and almost anything else you can imagine, please consider shopping at our stores for genly used and loved merchandise.  You save money, the environment, and help us place families in affordable housing in our community.  

Volunteer                     Our stores depend on the generous support of our volunteers.  Volunteers get the work done allowing us to keep our paid staff to a minimum and provide a quality experience to our customers and donors. Volunteering with one of our stores is a fantasic experience and loads of fun.  You can come on your own, bring a business, church or community group, or your family.  Please contact our volunteer coordinator if you are interested at volunteer@habitat-lakesumterfl.org or call 352-483-0434 ext. 13. Our regular volunteer needs include sorting and pricing incoming merchandise, stocking shelves, customer service, cashier, cleaning and display, and admin activities.

There are many ways to contribute to the thrift stores.  All products and materials in the stores are donated by individuals, businesses, or local organizations.  We do not purchase any materials for resale.  Please help us by telling all your friends and coworkers about our wonderful stores.  We appreciate YOUR support.
